TBP's third season opens with dynamism and delight through the vigor of Cantata BWV 72 Alles nur nach Gottes Willen ("Everything according to God's will") and the warmth of Cantata BWV 182 Himmelskönig sei willkommen ("King of heaven, welcome"). With an ensemble of twelve singers, five string instruments, baroque recorder and oboes, this program blends choral richness with a sequence of exquisite vocal and instrumental solos.

Recollecting ancient Magi, TBP presents a group of Bach’s instrumental works as three royal gifts: Brandenburg Concertos #3 and #4 (gold and frankincense) and the Keyboard Concerto in D Minor BWV 1052 (myrrh), featuring award-winning pianist Godwin Friesen of the Rilian Trio.

February to May 2025 will feature the poignant Actus Tragicus (BWV 106), the wedding cantata Der Herr denket an uns (BWV 196), and the jubilance of Sei Lob und Ehr dem höchsten Gut (BWV 117) in further concert series.
